Q1: Can I return or exchange my wig if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days after you receive the package, as long as the wig is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging intact.

Q2: What items are not eligible for return or exchange?

  • Wigs that have been worn, cut, dyed, or washed
  • Custom or clearance items
  • Items returned without authorization
  • Products with damaged packaging or missing accessories
  • Final sale or promotional items

Q3: Who pays for the return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, quality issue), we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Q4: How do I request a return or exchange?
